Dispatch & Delivery 

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

During high-volume periods (launch days), dispatch may take slightly longer. If your order has not been dispatched after 5 business days without receiving a dispatch email, please contact us at hello@muted.world with your order number. 

Dispatch & Delivery

Australian Orders:

Auspost Standard: $8 AUD (2-8 business days)

Auspost Express: $19 AUD (1-4 business days)

 

International Orders:

Auspost: 6-27 business days once dispatched (AusPost eta - standard Parcel)

Customs & Duties fees.

Muted is shipped out of Australia. All international orders may be subject to additional fees  such as import taxes and customs fees set by your local authority. Please check with your local customs authority for more details.

Please note that Muted is unable to cover the cost of any of the fees processed by your local government. You are responsible to pay these fees if you want to receive your package.

US Tariffs

Tariffs for US orders are calculated and charged at checkout.

In some cases, final customs charges may be adjusted after your order is processed and shipped. If it's higher, we cover it for your ease of ordering. If you are overcharged, we will refund the difference once the shipment has cleared international processing.

Though Muted operates and ships out of Australia, the country of origin is China.

Please be prepared for the potential of tariffs when placing an order.
